Bishop, families join in Father’s Day event

Families from throughout the Sacramento Diocese celebrated Father’s
Day by joining Bishop Jaime Soto for a family day at the Sacramento Rivercats’
game June 21 at Raley Field in West Sacramento. Prior to the start of the
game, Catholic fathers and their children played catch on the field with
priests and seminarians. The fathers were presented with a commemorative
baseball banner announcing “Catholic dads rock.”
